Dr Ash Kumar has spent more than 30 years in medicine across three continents (India, the UK, and the US) as a Consultant Physician in General Internal Medicine. Hospital medicine, primary care, emergency rooms, and frontline COVID-19 wards.

Across all of it, one pattern kept repeating. Capable, dedicated people (clinicians, executives, parents, founders) slowly worn down by a kind of stress they never quite saw coming. Like the boiling frog, the water warmed so gradually that by the time it hurt, the damage was already done.

That insight became The Boiling Frog, and the coaching, keynotes and corporate workshops that grew around it. The work is the same in every format: catch it early, take it seriously, and build a life that doesn't quietly cost you your health.
